Flight Against Infection

A stylized game set high in the sky, where you pilot a small ship that fires pill-shaped shots at drifting cancer cells suspended in the air. The world looks bright and calm, but the rules are strict: the government has declared that showing any sign of sickness is illegal. Instead of hospitals or treatment, problems are dealt with quietly and out of sight—far above where no one has to acknowledge they exist.
